NAME    [Toc]    [Back]

fuiword - General: Returns a word from user instruction
       address space

NOTES    [Toc]    [Back]

The fuiword routine is for machines that have separate
address spaces for code and data. Because the Alpha architecture
does not have separate address spaces for code and
data, fuiword is mapped to fuword. The fuiword routine is
provided for compatibility reasons. See the routine
description for fuword for a complete description of fuiword.
