Class Scheduling Library (libclass.a)
Refer to the description of the configure command in the
class_admin(8) reference page for information on these
parameters. The partition descriptor returned by
class_open(). A value that indicates whether the database
has a default class (1) or only explicit classes (0). A 1
return means that all processes are class scheduled
whether or not they are explicitly defined as members of a
class. A value that indicates whether class scheduling is
enforced when CPUs are idle. A 1 return means that class
scheduling is enforced when CPUs are idle. A 0 return
means that processes can exceed the CPU percentages
defined for their classes when there are idle CPUs in the
partition identified by handle. The class scheduler daemon
wakeup interval in seconds.
This function returns the configuration parameters of the
current class scheduling database for the specified partition.
If no database exists, the default configuration
values are returned.
Note that the calling process must have root access privileges.
The operation completed successfully. An invalid partition
handle was specified.
