PARAMETERS    [Toc]    [Back]

       Specifies   the   partition   descriptor    returned    by
       class_open().

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

       The  class_database_modified() function determines whether
       the database has changed since the last disk  update.  The
       intended  use  of  this  function  is to determine whether
       class_save_database() should be called.

       Note that the calling process must have root access privileges.

RETURN VALUES    [Toc]    [Back]

       The  database has changed since the last disk update.  The
       database is unchanged since  the  last  disk  update.   An
       invalid partition handle was specified.
