     getdisplaymode - returns the current display mode

     none

FUNCTION RETURN	VALUE
     The returned value	for this function tells	you which display mode is
     currently active.

		  |DMSINGLE	   color map single buffer mode	|
		  |DMDOUBLE	   color map double buffer mode	|
		  |DMRGB	   RGB single buffer mode	|

     getdisplaymode returns the	current	display	mode.

     This routine is now obsolete. Use getgconfig instead.

     This routine is available only in immediate mode.

     The symbolic return values	mentioned above	are defined in <gl/get.h>.
