     fserv -  provide file service for Desktop file transfers

SYNOPSIS    [Toc]    [Back]

     /usr/lib/desktop/fserv

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

     fserv assists in the transfer of files when IRIX Interactive Desktop
     icons are dragged from one	machine	to another.  It	is invoked
     automatically as part of the transfer; users should never run this
     command directly.

     For more information about	the entire IRIX	Interactive Desktop
     environment, see the IID(1) man page.
