      sec_intro - Introduction to the DCE Security administrative files

 DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]
      This section describes DCE Security files for system administration
      and provides related information.  The reference pages cover:


      aud_audit_events
                This file defines the auditable events for the Audit
                service.

      dts_audit_events
                This file defines the auditable events for the time services
                This page describes the auditable events for the time
                services.

      event_class
                This file contains the declaration of a single event class,
                a logical group of auditable events.

      group_override
                This file contains override entries that let you override
                group UNIX IDs and member lists in the registry database for
                a local machine.

      passwd_override
                This file contains override entries that let you override
                password, GECOS, home directory, and shell entries in the
                registry database for a local machine.

      sec_audit_events
                This file defines the auditable events for the security
                services.

      v5srvtab  This file contains server machine passwords on the local
                machine.
