       rpc.rusersd, rusersd - Network username server

SYNOPSIS    [Toc]    [Back]

       /usr/lib/netsvc/rusers/rpc.rusersd

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

       The  rpc.rusersd daemon is a server that returns a list of
       users on  the host.  The rpc.rusersd daemon can be started
       by  inetd(8)  by removing the comment character (#) at the
       beginning of the  rusersd  entry  in  the  /etc/inetd.conf
       file.
