Defines an Internet address in network byte order.
The inet_lnaof() function translates an Internet network
byte-ordered address into its host (local) address component.
The host address is returned in host byte-order.
The inet_lnaof() function returns a host byte-ordered
integer that specifies the host (local) address part of
the Internet network address integer.
Current industry standards for inet_lnaof() do not define
error values.
