       Common Security Services Manager library (libcssm.so)

PARAMETERS    [Toc]    [Back]

       The  handle  pair  that  describes the add-in data storage
       library module to be used to perform this function and the
       open  data  store  upon  which  the function is to be performed.
  An identifier assigned by a DL module to indicate
       the  exported  function  to  be performed.  A pointer to a
       module implementation-specific structure containing parameters
  to  be interpreted in a function-specific manner by
       the requested DL module.  A pointer to a module, implementation-specific
  structure containing the output data. The
       service provider will allocate the memory for this  structure.
  The  application  should  free  the  memory for the
       structure.

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

       This function allows applications  to  call  data  storage
       library   module-specific   operations   that   have  been
       exported. Such operations may include queries or  services
       that  are  specific to the domain represented by a DL module.

RETURN VALUE    [Toc]    [Back]

       A CSSM_RETURN value indicating  success  or  specifying  a
       particular  error  condition.  The value CSSM_OK indicates
       success. All other values represent an error condition.
