Common Security Services Manager library (libcssm.so)
The handle that describes the add-in cryptographic service
provider module used to perform this function. If a NULL
handle is specified, CSSM returns error. Pointer to
CSSM_DATA structure that contains data that uniquely identifies
the cryptographic device.
This function returns an identifier that could be used to
uniquely differentiate the cryptographic device from all
other devices from the same vendor or different vendors.
The output is returned to the caller as specified in
Buffer Management for Cryptographic Services.
A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a
particular error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates
success. All other values represent an error condition.

CDSA_intro(3).
