     The  nsphyter  driver  supports  the  National Semiconductor
PHYTER DP83843
     Ethernet PHYs.  This driver also supports the integrated PHY
on the
     MACPHYTER  DP83815.   These  PHYs  are found on a variety of
high-performance
     Ethernet interfaces.
