cpusetFreeProperties - release memory used by a cpuset_Properties_t
structure

The cpusetFreeProperties function is used to release memory used by a
cpuset_Properties_t structure. This function releases all memory
associated with the cpuset_Properties_t structure.
The csp argument is the pointer to the cpuset_Properties_t structure that
will have its memory released.
This function should be used to release the memory allocated during a
previous call to the function cpusetGetProperties(3x).
cpusetFreeProperties is found in the library "libcpuset.so", and will be
loaded if the option -lcpuset is used with cc(1) or ld(1).
