     qtest - checks the	contents of the	event queue

     long qtest()

     none

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

     qtest returns zero	if the queue is	empty.	Otherwise, it returns the
     device number of the first	entry.	The queue remains unchanged.
