NAME    [Toc]    [Back]

     deletehost	- delete an entry from the host	file.

SYNOPSIS    [Toc]    [Back]

     /usr/sysadm/privbin/deletehost -i ipAddress -h hostName

DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]

     Deletehost	removes	an entry from the /etc/hosts file.

OPTIONS    [Toc]    [Back]

     -i	ipAddress
	       The ipAddress should be in dotted notation, e.g.	195.3.4.60.

     -h	f2hostName
	       The hostName can	be just	the name, e.g. foo, or a fully
	       qualified name, e.g. foo.company.com.

FILES    [Toc]    [Back]

     /etc/hosts	   System host name file
