     amtickerd - system	uptime monitor daemon

     This command no longer exists and will be removed in future releases of
     IRIX.  The	functionality of this command is now supported by
     eventmond(1M).  Please refer to eventmond(1M), esp(5) and availmon(5) for
     more details.
