      gss_release_cred() - mark a credential for deletion

 SYNOPSIS    [Toc]    [Back]

      OM_uint32  gss_release_cred (
                OM_uint32 *minor_status,
                gss_cred_id_t *cred_handle)

 DESCRIPTION    [Toc]    [Back]
      The gss_release_cred() routine informs the GSSAPI that a credential is
      no longer required and marks it for deletion.

    Input Parameters    [Toc]    [Back]
      cred_handle           Specifies the buffer containing the opaque
                            credential handle to be released. To release the
                            default credential, specify GSS_C_NO_CREDENTIAL.

    Output Parameters    [Toc]    [Back]
      minor_status          Returns a status code from the security
                            mechanism.

 STATUS CODES    [Toc]    [Back]
      The following status codes can be returned:

      GSS_S_COMPLETE           The routine was completed successfully.

      GSS_S_NO_CRED            The credentials could not be accessed.
