xtim is a Traditional Chinese input methods server which can connect
with application programs through XIMP (X Window System, Version 11
Input Method Protocol) interface.

xtim accepts standard X Toolkit options.
Resources [Toc] [Back]
xtim accepts the following resources. Class name is "XTim".
*ChineseKeys Specify Chinese input start keys.
*EnglishKeys Specify Chinese input termination keys.
*ConversionStartKeys
Specify Chinese input ON/OFF switching keys.
*KeyboardType Specify the type of keyboard. HP means HP-HIL
keyboard and PS2 means PS2-DIN keyboard.
*CnsPlane34Tc If this is TRUE, you can use Chinese characters
defined in CNS-11643 plane 3 and 4 in addition to
plane 1 and 2 for Tsang-Chieh and Rapid TsangChieh
input method. Otherwise, you can use only
Chinese characters defined in CNS-11643 plane 1
and 2.
*areaFirst If this is TRUE, the status window will be located
inside the client area of the applications.
Otherwise, the default is FALSE, the status window
of the input method is shown as a separate window.
